both to have the item sent back to us, and to send you the correct replacement item. Often we will issue a factory-fresh product in advance (pending return authorization approval) to get you your gear as soon as possible.

Refunds are for the value of the equipment only. Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility for any item not purchased.

General Return Instructions:

    Return everything in its original condition

  • For a complete refund, items must be in original condition, show no signs of wear, and be received back within 30 days from date of shipment.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, cables, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner’s manual, warranty card, etc.).
  • Include a copy of the packing list; clearly indicate your reason for returning.
  • Do not write on the original box, manual or warranty

  • Please do not write on the manufacturer’s box, manual, or warranty card until certain you will keep this purchase.
  • Write your RA# on the outside shipping carton, NOT the manufacturer’s box.
  • Repack and double box (a box within a box) using clear tape ONLY

  • Reseal the manufacturer’s box with CLEAR tape only.
  • You are responsible for the merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse.
  • To protect your return, double box your shipment to prevent damage, using all original packing materials.
  • Write the RA number on the outside shipping carton only, NOT on the manufacturer’s box.
  • Insure package and save the tracking number

  • Insure the return for the full value of your purchase.
  • Ship your items back with a traceable service like FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible if your return merchandise gets lost in shipping.
  • Allow 2 weeks for return processing

  • Returns take approximately two weeks to clean and process.
  • Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card.
  • All other purchases are refunded by company check.

Returning items in Perfect Working Condition:

  • To avoid a restocking fee, please follow all packing and shipping instructions listed above in the “General Return Instructions” section.
  • Non-Returnable merchandise

  • Copy-protected material: Books, Videos, Computer Software, Sample Libraries, and CD-ROM’s.
  • Recording media: Cassette, Reel, DAT or any magnetic tapes, and DVD, Mini-disc, Zip disc or CDR and any Flash or Solid State Memory product.
  • Disposable products: Cleaning Supplies, Care Products, and Vacuum Tubes.
  • Personal use items: Microphones, Headphones, Ear Plugs and In-Ear Monitors and any other item that may be exposed to saliva or touch your mouth, your nose, or your ear cannot be returned due to health laws.
  • Parts, Repair Parts and Modules: All Raw Frame Speakers, Expansion Boards and Sound Cards.
  • Studio Furniture, Rack Rails or Rack Mounting Screws.
  • Any item which is modified or cut-to-size or fit for your particular application or need. This includes custom ordered Road Cases and Equipment Racks.
  • Acoustical Treatment or Sound Absorbing material (for example, Auralex products).
  • Clothing of any kind.
  • Special Order merchandise

  • We will gladly special order any item available to us.
  • Special orders are non-returnable.
  • 48-hour Approval Policy

  • Select products shown on our website with this logo (48 HOUR APPROVAL) have a 48-hour approval period.
  • Should a return be desired, it must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.

  • To qualify for a full refund, less cost of shipping both ways, merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 10 days of original receipt.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped, with all shipping materials, hangtags, certificates and warranty cards included.

Returning Defective Items:

  • To qualify for return shipping on defective items, you must notify us of any problems within 30 days of receipt.

  • To avoid restocking fees, please follow all packing instructions listed above in the “General Return Instructions” section.
  • Please be advised that restocking fees may apply if defect is not a result of original manufacturing process.

Returning Items Damaged in Transit:

    Your order is carefully packed to exceed UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping requirements. Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order immediately after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.

    If an item arrives with hidden or concealed shipping damage;

    Call us within 72 hours for return instructions

  • To qualify for return shipping, you must notify us of any hidden or concealed damage within 72 hours of receipt.
  • We are available at 888-647-9342 or 651-647-9342 (outside the US) Hours: M-F 10-6,CST.
  • Repack using all original packing materials and boxes

  • Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, cables, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner’s manual, warranty card, etc.).
  • Items missing original packaging, may not qualify for damage protection. Give package to our shipper.
  • We will arrange to have UPS or FedEx pickup the item and carefully inspect it for shipping damage, before returning it to us. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will send out a replacement. Restocking Fees.
  • To avoid restocking fees, be sure all original contents and packaging are returned.
  • Please be advised that return and restocking fees may apply if damage is not a result of shipping.

Delivery Refused:

    If the carrier returns an item to us because it was refused for no reason by you, or was undeliverable to the address you provided at the time of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped to you for free, our outbound shipping costs will also be charged back to your credit card at the time of return.

Special Holiday Return Policy:

    We extend our 30-day return policy to accommodate holiday shoppers. Any order shipped from November 21st to December 20th will include a 45-day return policy. The standard 30-day return policy still applies to orders shipped before or after this period. All other aspects of the return policy remain the same.
