Most orders shipped with the standard shipping method will arrive in just
2 to 5 business days.
You will receive an “Order and Ship Confirmation” to let you
know your order was shipped, provided you’ve supplied a valid credit
card number and e-mail address.
Orders from hotmail accounts may be declined.
The “Order and Ship Confirmation” will let you know which carrier
has your package and will provide tracking information.
Refused packages will be charged outbound and return freight.
Packages will be insured for contents’ value only.
Next Day and Second Day Express Delivery:
MSL offers express delivery upgrades at additional charges, calculated by
weight and destination.
All Next Day and Second day Express Delivery orders must be placed by phone
to verify stock availability and freight charges. Please
call 888-647-9342, Monday-Friday, 10 pm to 6 pm CST and ask for “Express
Delivery Sales”.
All delivery days are measured in business days. A
One-Day order shipped on Friday should arrive on the following Monday.
Saturday delivery is available for a $20.00 fee in addition to the one-day
rate. Saturday delivery option is limited to areas where UPS provides this
service, and excludes heavy and oversized items.
Next Day and Second Day Express deliveries are subject to UPS guarantee
only.
